Owen - Psychedlic Tour De Force CD-R
Oh, how dreamy you be. This is woozy music that makes me feel sleepy. Though it’s hard for me to listen to this CD all the way through, I do appreciate the often-pretty sounds these two guys make. There’s definitely a Beatles influence (there’s probably the influence of a few substances as well), the drums often sound like my old Casio keyboard, and the 4th song reminds me of Mazzy Star. But, my favorite thing on this CD (even though it’s over five minutes long!) is the song “Cassidy,” which is about one of the guys’ car. It’s groovy and strange. If you’re into “art music,” you might wanna check this out.
